Refunds
If you are unhappy with your service, please accept our sincere apologies. We are very concerned with your satisfaction. To start a return, you can contact us at brandy@saltspringembrace.com. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on partially used gift cards.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for another one, please do let us know and we will be happy to help you find the right product. To keep our inventory correct we will return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, help you to make a separate purchase for the new item.
